




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supporting the planning and control of building maintenance, performing scheduling, monitoring, and organization of technical documentation to ensure service quality. Organization of technical documentation and interface with teams **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for supporting the planning and control of building maintenance activities at the unit; * Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; * Create, update, and close Service Orders in the Engeman system; * Monitor operational indicators (backlog, SLA, overtime hours); * Prepare monthly reports; * Organize technical documentation and maintain direct interface with supervisor, technical team, and shopping center administration; * Organize follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Control overtime hours and support management of unit reports; * Ensure implementation of the maintenance plan and service delivery quality. **Requirements and Qualifications:** High school diploma completed; * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Experience with the Engeman system (Service Order creation, scheduling, and closure); * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience in building maintenance planning is a plus.
