Together, let’s build the world’s best health community! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Inventory Registration:** Record inventory inflows and outflows, determine minimum and maximum stock levels, and monitor high- and low-turnover items. * **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, inspect, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications. * **Temperature Control:** Record warehouse temperatures in compliance with ANVISA regulations. * **Expiry Date Monitoring and Disposal:** Monitor item expiry dates, notify stakeholders about items with less than 60 days remaining, and dispose of expired products per regulatory requirements. * **Supply Replenishment and Kit Assembly:** Prepare and label dialysis room kits and dispense materials as needed. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring equipment preservation. * **Procurement and Planning:** Place purchase orders and plan jointly with the operations manager. * **Traceability and Collection:** Manage material traceability, collect medications, and deliver supplies to the ICU. * **Documentation:** Print patient labels, update inventory records in the system, and register PPE/PCP withdrawals. * **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with nursing staff for dispensing schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education.
