Responsibilities and Duties Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and applicable legislation; Participate in meetings (CALLs) and prepare detailed minutes of the meetings; Provide technical guidance and support to accounting teams and other related departments; Optimize team workflows and practices, promoting efficiency and quality; Develop and enhance tools and systems used in operations; Lead the technical and behavioral development of employees, strengthening their competencies; Implement continuous improvements in the ERP system for greater operational effectiveness; Plan, prepare, and deliver relevant training sessions for teams and clients; Prepare strategic management reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making; Plan and execute tax planning strategies for clients; Identify and analyze potential impacts arising from accounting errors, proposing solutions; Manage special projects, ensuring delivery on time and to the expected quality standards; Supervise and coordinate all accounting activities of the company; Identify and capture new business opportunities to drive organizational growth. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Active registration with the Regional Council of Accounting (CRC); Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and related tools; Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with strong oral and written communication skills.
