Established on August 15, 1944, the Cásper Líbero Foundation pursues patriotic, cultural, and journalistic objectives, adhering to principles established by its founder. It is a non-profit institution. Its assets include a 14-story building—the Edifício Gazeta—comprising 68,000 m² of built area, which houses Gazeta Online Radio, Gazeta FM Radio, Cásper Líbero School of Social Communication, Gazeta TV, and the Gazeta Esportiva portal. The Cásper Líbero Building also houses a theater accommodating 900 people; atop the building are installed the antenna for Gazeta FM Radio and the 85-meter-tall Gazeta TV tower—visible from any point in São Paulo city.
