This person will be responsible for transforming strategies and campaigns into attractive, dynamic, and high-conversion videos. **Responsibilities** Shooting, editing, and finalizing videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kwai, etc.) Producing creatives for paid campaigns (paid traffic) Developing promotional, corporate, and performance-oriented videos Creating quick, dynamic cuts focused on retention Adding subtitles, motion graphics, soundtracks, and effects Monitoring trends in the bet and sports industries Collaborating closely with marketing, design, and performance teams **Requirements** Proven experience as a Video Editor/Video Editor Proficiency in tools such as Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar software Knowledge of social media content formats and strategies Experience producing videos for the bet/sports betting industry Understanding of storytelling, visual copywriting, and audience retention Basic knowledge of sports and the betting market is a plus Creative, proactive, and organized profile **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with UGC (User Generated Content) Knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, retention, conversion) Fundamentals of design and motion design Experience with campaigns for infoproducts or highly competitive niches Experience in the Bet market
