Pro Workforce Training offers professional training and development programs. We focus on preparing individuals for the job market. **Responsibilities:** Shooting and editing videos for social media (primarily Reels / TikTok / Shorts) and institutional content. Directing video shoots with clients and team. Editing focused on retention. Creating covers, thumbnails, and complementary assets. Other duties relevant to the role. Tasks pertinent to standard Videomaker routines. Position based in Itajaí / SC. Previous experience as a Video Editor, Video Producer, Audiovisual Content Creator, or Photographer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 4,000.00 * Benefits disclosed during the interview stage. **Additional Information:** * Contract: PJ – On-site. * Duration: Full-time * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–18:00. Friday, 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00.
