Job Summary: We are seeking a Video Editing Assistant to support our Video Editor and Lead Designer in organizing, editing, and finalizing audiovisual materials and creative assets, ensuring efficiency and quality. We are looking for a **Video Editing Assistant** to support our Video Editor and Lead Designer, contributing to the organization, editing, and finalization of audiovisual materials and creative assets. The candidate will support daily production activities, ensuring greater efficiency, organization, and quality in deliverables. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in editing videos for social media, campaigns, institutional content, and promotional materials. * Organize files, projects, media, folders, and production schedules. * Perform basic cuts, audio adjustments, subtitle insertion, background music, images, and visual elements. * Support the creation and adaptation of graphics and visual assets. * Sort raw materials and prepare files for editing. * Export files in various formats and resolutions. * Support the lead editor with daily tasks. * Ensure visual standardization and workflow organization. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of video editing. * Understanding of design and visual composition. * Familiarity with tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and execution speed. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. * Proactivity in learning and supporting diverse creative tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience creating content for social media. * Knowledge of basic motion graphics. * Understanding of image and audio capture. * Familiarity with visual identity and asset adaptation. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We seek an organized, committed, creative individual eager to grow in this field—someone who enjoys teamwork and is interested in developing skills alongside a senior professional in the area. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.750,00 * Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Cost-of-living Assistance * SESI Membership * Medical Assistance * Dental Plan * University Partnership Program * Wellhub * Working Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Contract Compensation: R$1\.750,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
