Here, we value proactive, collaborative, curious, and results-oriented individuals who wish to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment with strong market alignment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Serving as the technical leader for squads, guiding architectural decisions, best practices, design patterns, and development quality; * Acting as a bridge between professionals using diverse tech stacks — such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Node.js, Salesforce, Oracle/PLSQL, React, Next.js — ensuring technical alignment, consistency, and adherence to best practices across specialties; * Translating Product and Business requirements into feasible, scalable, and well-architected solutions; * Leading technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, and proposing improvements; * Mentoring junior professionals; * Collaborating with Product Managers on roadmaps and estimations; * Promoting engineering best practices: automation, testing, CI/CD, and observability; * Supporting analysis and design of new projects before they reach the development team; * Leading the evolution and modernization of the subscription platform, including: Billing architecture evolution and continuous e-commerce modernization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What Grupo RBS Expects From You:** * Experience in Backend development using Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js; * Experience with Frontend JavaScript languages (React/Next.js); * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Strong system architecture vision, design patterns, and programming logic; * Experience with APIs, microservices, messaging, and integrations; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability. **Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge or experience with Salesforce; * Experience with Oracle and/or PL/SQL; * Experience in subscription platforms, e-commerce, billing, or legacy modernization. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates must apply by 07/18/2026\.** **At Grupo RBS, we offer (CLT):** On-site cafeteria or meal/food allowance (based on work model: remote, hybrid, or in-office) Health insurance Transportation allowance or parking Private pension plan Profit-sharing program Extended maternity and paternity leave TotalPass Access to Uniglobo — Globo TV’s training platform for affiliates Digital subscription to GZH Membership in the Subscriber Club, offering exclusive discounts and benefits across categories such as gastronomy and entertainment Opportunity to join ARBS (Grupo RBS Employees’ Association), providing various partnerships and discounts **RBS Is Built by People.** With nearly 70 years of history, we connect daily with 11 million people from Rio Grande do Sul, delivering information, services, and emotion via TV, radio, digital, and print media.
