Our clients include Nubank, Banco BMG, iFood, SulAmérica, Light, Banco Inter, Banco C6, among others. **Requirements** ### **Job** We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to build the foundation of our AI agent platform. This role is critical to addressing scalability and large-volume data management challenges, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and future-ready. Software Engineers at Enter have broad responsibilities, tackling challenges across Backend, Machine Learning, and LLMs. Prior experience in all these areas is not required, provided you possess innate curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex topics. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and build the system supporting our AI agent platform, ensuring high availability and performance. * Address scalability challenges, ensuring the platform can grow and adapt to increasing demand and complexity. * Develop solutions for efficient processing of large volumes of data, ensuring integrity, security, and accessibility. * Collaborate with AI teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform, facilitating the creation and management of intelligent agents. * Actively participate in code reviews and promote best development practices to continuously improve software quality. ### **What We Value** * Professionals who do not settle for superficial answers and dive deeply into details. * Low need for individual recognition, prioritizing outcomes over personal credit. * Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments. * Willingness to learn, mentor, lead, and follow as needed. * Disproportionate sense of urgency, always keeping scalability and creation of replicable processes in mind to ensure long-term success. * Genuinely curious individuals who can rapidly learn complex topics. ### **Ideally, You Have:** * At least 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role. * Experience developing and maintaining distributed, scalable systems. * Experience designing and managing large-scale relational databases. ### **Nice-to-Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, especially regarding integrating AI agents into platforms. * Proficiency in Python.
