Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative professional to manage social media, build communication strategies, and expand content creator programs in the entertainment sector—especially in gaming. Manage and expand the content creator program. We seek an organized, communicative, socially savvy professional with experience in the entertainment industry—particularly in gaming (preferably fighting games)—to strengthen the brand's digital presence and engage the online community. Responsibilities: \- Manage the brand's social media accounts, ensuring consistent communication; \- Organize and keep the content calendar up to date; \- Publish content across digital platforms according to plan; \- Build and evolve the brand's communication strategy and voice; \- Manage and expand the content creator program; \- Support day-to-day operational demands related to the brand's pages. Requirements: Intermediate English proficiency; Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related fields; Experience in the entertainment industry, especially in gaming; Solid command of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Reddit), including best practices for posting and engagement; Editorial calendar planning and execution with autonomy; Advanced use of scheduling, monitoring, and organization tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Notion, or similar); Metric analysis and reporting with actionable insights to optimize performance; Management of creator/influencer programs: identification, relationship building, negotiation, briefing, delivery tracking, and evaluation; Development and implementation of growth and engagement strategies across platforms; Strong understanding of branding, guidelines, and tone-of-voice development; Workflow and project management, with ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Clear and assertive communication; Creativity and innovative thinking; Organization and time management; Proactivity and autonomy; Relationship-building and networking skills (especially with creators); Collaboration and teamwork; Adaptability and quick problem-solving; Strategic vision; Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks; Flexibility in response to change.
