Challenges and Learning Opportunities: The Social Media team is responsible for managing clients’ social media channels according to each project’s strategies and objectives, across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social networks. Subsequently, analyze results obtained per channel and develop reports to present outcomes to clients, providing insights for future textual and visual content strategies — always identifying the optimal content and format for each brand’s target audience. Your Role at Layer Up: The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies, ensuring clients’ channels generate relevance, audience reach, and engagement. They will also analyze performance and generate strategic insights, contributing to the evolution of content strategies and brands’ growth on social media. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives. - Develop and manage the editorial calendar, identifying content opportunities, trends, and relevant topics. - Monitor and track social media channel performance, proposing continuous data-driven optimizations. - Monitor trends, audience behavior, and culturally relevant movements for content strategies. - Conduct metric and performance indicator analyses, identifying growth opportunities. - Develop strategic results reports, translating data into insights and recommendations. - Perform brand, competitor, and market monitoring via social listening. - Support strategic content direction alongside the creative team. - Conduct market research, benchmarking, and analyses to enhance digital strategies. - Contribute to improving processes and best practices within the social media area.
