Job Summary: Innleaders is seeking a Social Media professional to manage advertisements, monitor metrics, plan editorial calendars, and create digital content—including photos and videos—in a flexible and creative manner. Fees: BRL 30.00 to BRL 50.00 (based on candidate’s experience). Working Hours: Flexible. Your challenges will include: 1\. Creating advertisements according to requested requirements. 2\. Managing paid advertisements. 3\. Monitoring metrics and performance results. 4\. Planning editorial calendars. 5\. Scheduling posts according to the calendar. 6\. Developing storytelling to translate the brand’s identity and values into the digital environment. 7\. Fostering an interactive online community environment. 8\. Visiting locations in person to photograph products. 9\. Recording videos for Reels. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience/Qualifications: Preferably pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Social Media, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. Experience in editorial planning. Experience in creating digital advertisements. Experience managing social media accounts. Experience with content strategy.
