Interface with clients, public authorities, and other stakeholders **Job Description:** ---------------------- H\&P is selecting a Social Analyst for operations in Paranaguá and Pontal do Paraná/PR. The professional will be responsible for social accompaniment of families, generation of socioeconomic indicators, and institutional relationship management. Candidates will be evaluated based on seniority, functional knowledge, and experience in related activities. Responsibilities: Social accompaniment of families eligible for resettlement; Engagement with families through housing and livelihood support strategies; Familiarity with pre-housing and post-housing work fronts; Conducting home visits and registration of families, as well as activities in areas adjacent to concessioned highways; Preparation of reports and database management; Interface with clients, public authorities, and other stakeholders; Preparation of technical opinions; Information management in Excel. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (Category B) with driving experience; Residence in Ourinhos/SP or surrounding region; Availability for travel. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Degree in Social Work / Social Sciences / Psychology or related fields; Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and record-keeping organization. Prior experience in Infrastructure, Social Dialogue, and/or Resettlement, Expropriation/Displacement projects is desirable.
