Remote work is a reality for us, so even though we may be geographically dispersed across Brazil, we’ll connect our identities through technology—after all, that’s one of our passions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan the editorial calendar and create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. * Guide the design and audiovisual team in producing assets. * Monitor content performance in terms of visibility, engagement, and conversion. * Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster audience engagement and relationship-building. * Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimize posts. * Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices. * Write/translate content into English. * Support the organization and coverage of institutional and commercial events. **Requirements and qualifications** * Ability to produce creative content. * Mastery of grammatical rules for writing. * Experience with inbound marketing strategies. * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data for decision-making. * Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sprout Social, Hootsuite). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional information** * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience at advertising agencies is desirable. * Certifications or courses in inbound marketing (a plus). * Courses in content marketing (a plus). * Knowledge of AI-powered tools for time optimization (a plus). * **Contract type: PJ (temporary – expected duration of 4 months).** To deliver our innovative products, we rely on relentless knowledge creation.
