The art team is responsible for conceptualizing and creating the entire visual identity for our clients. We are seeking a professional to meet the agency's UX demands — specifically, to support all squads across every stage of website creation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \- Creating all stages of the website (sitemap, wireframe, web design); \- Collaborating on the creation/maintenance/expansion of the Design System; \- Maintaining constant communication with technology, content, design, and GP teams; \- Organizing and documenting design processes. Requirements Proficiency in Figma (components, styles, auto-layout, and prototyping) and Miro; Experience in end-to-end web projects (sitemap, wireframes, UI, and handoff); Experience with design systems (creation, maintenance, and evolution); Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams (developers, content, design, GP); Ability to organize and document design processes and decisions; Understanding of storytelling applied to interface and user experience.
