Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a SENIOR PMO ANALYST are:** * Plan, structure, and lead projects related to the faculty journey and experience. * Manage strategic projects within the area, ensuring planning, schedule tracking, deliverables, and alignment with stakeholders. * Develop and implement initiatives focused on **faculty experience and engagement**. * Structure and monitor employer branding projects **targeting the faculty audience**. * Plan and support the execution of **internal marketing actions directed at faculty members**. * Lead projects related to **performance evaluation of faculty and course coordinators**, supporting process structuring, KPI definition, and results tracking. * Support the creation and implementation of **professional development programs for faculty and academic leaders**. * Structure and monitor initiatives for **faculty recognition and appreciation**. * Track project KPIs and outcomes under your responsibility, proposing continuous improvements. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for project and results monitoring. * Collaborate closely with academic and corporate departments to ensure initiative execution and sustainability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Proficiency in the PDCA cycle and agile and/or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.). * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint * Experience in **project management (PMO)**. * Experience in **culture, employee experience, or organizational development projects**. * Experience in KPI development and project tracking. * Experience in internal communications or engagement initiatives is considered a plus. * Experience in projects targeting faculty or working within higher education institutions is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Work Location: Barra da Tijuca / Rio de Janeiro Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexible options between 8 AM and 5 PM. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
