Responsibilities: * Plan, create, execute, and monitor communication workflows for different customer segments. * Develop performance-focused marketing emails: copy, layout, segmentation, and automation. * Create conversion-oriented landing pages aligned with the customer journey. * Develop strategic plans focused on the sales funnel (top, middle, and bottom). * Produce content using persuasive writing techniques (storytelling, copywriting, sales letters, hero’s journey). * Implement and monitor A/B tests to optimize results. * Track performance metrics and deliver analytical reports with insights for continuous improvement. * Perform data extraction, processing, and segmentation. * Design and monitor automation flows, segmentation strategies, and behavioral tracking. * Prepare creative briefs for CRM and email marketing campaigns. * Ensure excellence in writing and compliance with standard Portuguese language practices. **Requirements:** **Technical Competencies:** * Solid expertise in campaign automation and email marketing delivery. * Knowledge of key email marketing metrics (deliverability, bounces, open rate, click-through rate, etc.). * Proficiency in Excel for creating analytical reports with charts and tables. * Ability to create and interpret flowcharts and automation workflows. * Logical reasoning applied to planning and executing automated communication workflows. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Experience with ActiveCampaign. * Knowledge of Inbound Marketing strategies and the customer journey. **Benefits:** Education allowance, Remote work allowance, Health insurance, Internal benefits, Meal voucher
