We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, develop, and execute internal communication activities (campaigns, announcements, intranet content, emails, corporate TVs, bulletin boards, etc.), ensuring strategic alignment and message consistency; * Produce, review, and adapt content for diverse internal audiences and channels, ensuring clarity, engagement, and appropriate language; * Organize the internal communication editorial calendar, propose topics, and ensure timely execution; * Lead organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal event initiatives—from planning through execution and results evaluation; * Act consultatively with internal departments, understanding their needs and transforming them into strategic and effective communications; * Manage and optimize internal communication channels, monitor and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, active users, satisfaction, etc.), and propose continuous improvements; * Manage communication, audiovisual, and event suppliers and partners, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with briefings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; * Prior experience in internal communication, organizational culture, or employee engagement; * Experience organizing and executing corporate events; * Proficiency in communication and design tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.); * Strong writing and verbal communication skills; * Ability to plan, organize, and independently manage multiple priorities; * Interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional Information** Medical and Hospital Assistance Dental Plan iFood Benefits Wellhub Transportation Allowance Childcare Assistance Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) Life Insurance Hybrid Work Model Day Off Valid’s administrative area involves data analysis and fundamental decision-making for the company’s growth and development.
