Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and edit social media captions; * Cover events; * Generate reports (Dashboard); * Manage priority social media profiles; * Support franchisee profiles; * Support webinars/lives; * Engage with digital influencers (organic and squad); * Stay connected to market trends to create accurate and engaging content; * Identify and share opportunities for improvement and optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Persuasive and creative writing skills, adaptable to diverse audiences and channels; * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables within product launch timelines and other company projects; * Creativity, flexibility, and passion for your work; * Enthusiasm for challenges and varied delivery formats; * Ability to identify and share opportunities for improvement and optimization; * Excellent communication skills, responsibility toward deadlines, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively in teams; * Collaborative attitude; * Analytical and strategic thinking; excellent written and verbal communication; * Proven experience in Communications; * Basic knowledge of CapCut; * Familiarity with Mlabs; * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 40.00 per business day.
