Implement and develop internal and external communication and marketing activities within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and adaptation to operational unit requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor internal communication channels across units (bulletin boards, corporate TV, Sintonia radio, and communication ambassadors) * Generate and collect regional and unit-related topics for internal and external channels. * Design and execute internal, external/institutional, and marketing campaigns and events according to monthly and annual calendars. * Support implementation of initiatives to strengthen internal communication and employer branding. * Execute local press-related activities: manage requests and topics, collect information, monitor interviews. * Support reputation risk prevention and crisis management activities when required. * Implement company social and community engagement activities. * Support local marketing activities in alignment with headquarters and report achieved results. * Identify local needs regarding marketing materials or business brand positioning. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, or Public Relations. * Experience: 3\-4 years. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency with Google tools (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.) * Writing and copywriting. * Project and activity management. * Monitoring and measuring communication KPIs. * Valid driver’s license (CNH). **Desirable:** * Knowledge of ESG or sustainability. * Experience in operationally or industrially oriented companies. * Local press relationship or management experience. * Language (Required level): Intermediate Spanish and Intermediate English. **Others:** * Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. **Additional Information** *This opportunity is primarily intended for professionals residing in Brusque or Blumenau.***NICAAS** ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
