Responsibilities: • Review internally produced materials and ensure they meet the delivery standards required by the client; • Monitor production schedules and ensure deliveries meet the agreed deadlines; • File CRT records with Ancine; • Daily communication with post-production coordinators, customer service, and clients; • Responsible for sending materials to TV broadcasters via platforms (Peach/Zarpa or Adstream); • Create clapperboards according to Ancine standards for advertising films. Requirements: Experience in video production companies; Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office suite; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail and deadlines; Capacity to adapt and simultaneously manage diverse projects; Knowledge of video formats and audiovisual and advertising language; Basic Photoshop knowledge; Ability to work effectively in a team. Desirable: Experience serving retail clients; Familiarity with sending materials to broadcasters via platforms (Peach/Zarpa and Adstream); Knowledge of Taskrow platform; Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
