Key Responsibilities: * Develop story concepts and ideas, including brainstorming, research, and character creation. * Write scripts, including dialogue, scene descriptions, character actions, and other essential production information. * Structure narratives by creating acts, sequences, and character arcs. * Craft authentic and relevant dialogue that reflects characters' personalities and advances the narrative. * Collaborate with directors, producers, other scriptwriters, and technical team members, and perform revisions and adjustments based on received feedback. * Adapt literary works, comic books, or other existing materials into audiovisual formats. * Conduct extensive research to ensure narrative accuracy and authenticity—especially for fact-based stories or specific contexts. * Review and edit scripts to enhance narrative quality and eliminate inconsistencies or errors. * Deliver scripts within the established timeline. * Support production by clarifying script-related questions and ensuring the original vision is maintained. Requirements and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Audiovisual Studies, or Cinema. * Solid experience as a scriptwriter. * Proficiency in task management software, especially Trello and Notion. * Ability to balance organization with a sense of urgency. * Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication. * Proactivity, agility, and proficiency in conflict management. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines. * Portfolio submission containing examples of previously written scripts is mandatory.
