Opportunity for professional growth **ATTENTION**: This is an on-site position at the company's marketing office in Vila Harmonia, Araraquara/SP. **Do you want to write, create, and join a team that invests MILLIONS annually in paid media and revolutionizes the health niche?** We are seeking a **Copywriter** to strengthen our digital presence, engage our community, and further amplify our brand's communication across social media. **WHY OUR COMPANY IS THE LAUNCHPAD FOR YOUR SUCCESS:** * Work for a leader in advanced supplements, with products that truly deliver results. * Multi-million-dollar annual investments in paid media. * A rapidly growing marketing team, offering room for professional advancement. * Remote work with a dynamic routine focused on performance. **PROFILE WE SEEK:** * Knowledge of copywriting for DTC brands and direct-response marketing. * Advanced English for reading and listening. **Job Description – Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and structure high-converting sales pages, landing pages, sales letters, and VSL scripts; * Produce persuasive ads and copy for various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.); * Develop strategic email, SMS, and WhatsApp sequences for conversion and customer retention; * Monitor funnel performance, conduct A/B tests, and suggest data- and ROI-driven improvements; * Plan, create, and execute the organic content calendar to strengthen the brand and engage the community; * Manage the company's social media accounts (posts, interactions, comment and message monitoring); * Collaborate with designers on visual content creation while ensuring alignment with the brand voice; * Research trends and propose new content ideas (reels, stories, viral content), organizing performance metrics in dashboards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in direct-response marketing and/or DTC brand copywriting, sales funnel creation, and high-conversion materials (pages, ads, VSLs, emails, WhatsApp); * Ability to analyze metrics and implement rapid optimizations to maximize results; * Proactive, creative, and performance-oriented mindset, focused on generating real ROI. **Work Location:** \- On-site in Araraquara/SP **Compensation:** \- Fixed salary between R$2,800 and R$5,800 (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time CLT or Freelance / PJ Payment: R$2\.800,00 \- R$5\.800,00 per month
