Work autonomously and influence without formal authority **About the role** We are looking for a **Project Manager** to lead the **technical and strategic execution** of **high\-complexity, high\-impact** projects. You will be a reference for **operational excellence**, **process design**, and **stakeholder management** (internal and external), working **across multiple geographies** and **bridging operations and strategy**. This role requires **autonomy**, **informal/technical leadership**, and **high flexibility** to handle scope changes, shifting priorities, and schedules across time zones. **What you’ll do** * Lead complex strategic projects with multiple workstreams, functions, and countries. * Orchestrate resources, schedules, and integrations across internal teams and clients. * Manage risks (mitigation plans, scope adjustments) with autonomy. * Design governance: macro and tactical plans, rituals, committees, and executive reporting. * Create replicable standards and frameworks (templates, RACI, stakeholder maps). * Deploy automations and dashboards (performance, impact, and efficiency KPIs). * Represent the function in internal forums and with senior stakeholders (incl. C\-Level). * Mentor analysts, drive onboarding, and promote best practices. * Run post\-mortems and consolidate lessons learned for the knowledge base. * Reprioritize and adapt plans quickly in light of new information, context changes, and client needs (**operational flexibility**). **You’re the right person if…** * You have **3–5 years** of experience in **project management** (consulting, organizational transformation, or structured PMOs). * You are fluent with collaboration and project tools (Planner, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Salesforce). * You communicate clearly with diverse audiences, **influence without formal authority**, and manage expectations. * You work with **autonomy**, strategic prioritization, and an **ownership** mindset. * You are **flexible** to handle scope/priority changes, **switch contexts across workstreams**, adjust to **different time zones/schedules**, and, when needed, **travel occasionally**. **Nice\-to\-haves (plus factors)** * Certifications/studies in **PMP, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, Kanban, Lean**. * Experience in **multiregional** and **multifunctional** environments. * Experience in **large\-scale organizational transformation**. * Solid understanding of **BI/data visualization** (Power BI, Tableau). * Track record in **team development**, trainings, and technical mentoring. **What we’re looking for** Execution leaders who **turn complexity into clarity**.
