Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage infrastructure construction and projects, monitoring scope, deadlines, costs, and execution quality; * Liaise and interface with suppliers and service providers to define scopes, align technical requirements, and monitor deliverables; * Prepare, analyze, and update construction plans, layouts, and other technical documents related to projects; * Organize, control, and maintain the department’s technical and administrative documentation; * Monitor operational expenses (building maintenance) and investments related to construction and projects; * Support budget preparation, measurement, progress reporting, and project controls; * Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment with requirements and established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Active professional registration with the respective regulatory council (CREA or CAU); * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of cost control, expense management, and project budgeting; * Project Management knowledge is desirable; * Clear and effective communication skills; * Adaptability and flexibility when facing change and multiple demands; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Critical analytical ability and problem-solving skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates’ application deadline is January 31, 2026.** The RBS Group is built by people.
