Conduct quotations, proposal evaluations, and negotiations with suppliers. Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and critical project phases. Identify operational risks and propose contingency plans. Act as the interface between clients, technical teams, and suppliers. Ensure scope alignment and change control (change management).
