Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and duties*** Conduct user research (with administrators, teachers, students, and schools), including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing, consolidating data and insights to guide product decisions. * Continuously perform benchmarking and competitive analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for the portfolio. * Lead user experience design — customer journey mapping, wireframing, and low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototyping — for new products and updates. * Support product lifecycle management by providing technical input to define short- and medium-term strategy jointly with management. * Structure and document the product portfolio (catalogs, manuals, and support materials), consolidating key metrics — average transaction value, student count, revenue, and complexity — to inform business decisions. * Plan and execute proofs of concept (POCs) and experimentation cycles to validate hypotheses for new products and features. * Act as the interface between Product and partner areas — Pedagogical Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, Digital Products, Audiovisual, our own school, and partner schools — bringing field insights and aligning expectations. * Support go-to-market execution for products and updates, coordinating with management and other involved areas. * Map and analyze edtechs and startups with partnership potential, assessing associated risks and opportunities. * **Work model for this position:** * CLT employment; hybrid work (for candidates from Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas) or remote work (all other locations). * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Requirements and qualifications** **Academic background** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, Education, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Innovation, or related areas (preferred). **Professional experience** * Practical experience in product, customer experience, discovery, or user research — preferably in edtechs, educational systems, or educational material companies. * Experience conducting benchmarking, competitive analysis, and product portfolio structuring. * Experience with agile methodologies, design thinking, and lean practices. * Classroom teaching experience (preferred). **Technical knowledge** * Product management, user experience (UX) design, and prototyping. * Product and business metrics (KPIs, NPS, average transaction value, MVP validation rate). * Research tools, A/B testing, and data analysis tools. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred). **Additional information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more — for you and your family Mothers working in hybrid mode are eligible for 100% remote work from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working in hybrid mode are eligible for 100% remote work from the child’s birth until age six months Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
