We combine human expertise with the efficiency of AI to help major Latin American enterprises optimize high-volume, labor-intensive critical processes. We began our journey by applying AI to generate large-scale customized legal defenses, enabling major companies to reduce legal costs and increase their success rates. Our clients include Nubank, Banco BMG, iFood, SulAmérica, Light, Banco Inter, Banco C6, among others. Position We are looking for a Product Designer passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. You will join the Product team, collaborating with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform complex problems into simple, intuitive, and functional solutions. Responsibilities * Participate in all stages of the design process: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery. * Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions. * Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final interfaces. * Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the roadmap. * Contribute to the evolution of the company's Design System. * Clearly present and advocate for your solutions to diverse audiences. * Continuously seek innovation and improvement in user experience. What We Value * Professionals who are not satisfied with superficial answers and dive deeply into details. * Low need for individual recognition, prioritizing results over personal credit. * Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments. * Willingness to learn, mentor, lead, and follow as needed. * Disproportionate sense of urgency, keeping scalability and creation of replicable processes in mind to ensure long-term success. * Curious individuals who can quickly learn challenging concepts. **Requirements** Requirements Ideally, you have: * Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Designer. * Experience building design systems from scratch. * Familiarity with front\-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is desirable. * Experience with B2B products is a super mega plus. * Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, and similar. * Solid knowledge of UX/UI, responsive design, and accessibility. * Familiarity with user behavior and analytics tools. * Experience in digital product environments (SaaS, mobile, e\-commerce, etc).
