This position directly supports the creative team, ensuring that videos and animations are properly developed and finalized for digital distribution, marketing campaigns, and corporate content. **Main Responsibilities** Motion Design and Video Editing * Create simple to intermediate animations using **Adobe After Effects** * Edit videos in Adobe Premiere, performing cuts, rhythm adjustments, and scene organization * Apply transitions, animated text, and graphic elements to compose final pieces * Adapt videos for different formats and digital channels (social media, ads, presentations) Organization and Production * Organize project files, versions, and renders in a structured manner * Prepare final materials for publication or client delivery * Implement improvements and adjustments based on feedback from the creative team **✅ Requirements** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere * Understanding of motion design and video editing * Organization and attention to meeting deadlines * Interest in technical development and continuous learning * Academic or personal portfolio required * Availability for a practical test appropriate for a junior-level role **Education** Design, Audiovisual, Communications, Cinema, Multimedia, or related fields **⭐ Advantages** * Proactive execution of tasks * Interest in ongoing technical improvement * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: To be negotiated \| CLT * Meal Allowance: R$ 29.00/day * Transportation Allowance * Unimed Health Plan with co-payment **100% On-site Position** Água Verde – Curitiba/PR Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
