We are looking for a **Media Partnerships Manager** to lead our investments in channels **outside traditional big tech platforms** (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing). This person will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and activating opportunities across **podcasts, TV, radio, web portals, independent influencers, and other innovative formats**, always with a strong focus on performance and ROI. They will serve as the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for this area, with full autonomy to plan, test, and scale new media channels—building scalable growth playbooks that can be replicated across the organization. **Responsibilities** * Manage the budget allocated to alternative/independent media channels, pursuing **maximum efficiency and ROI**. * Prospect and negotiate **partnerships with media outlets, content producers, and publishers** (e.g., podcasts, TV shows, radio programs, streaming platforms, OOH, events). * Structure and validate **pitches, scripts, and commercial proposals** in collaboration with Growth, Content, and Branding teams. * Track performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI, LTV) and deliver clear reports on results and key learnings. * Conduct **acquisition channel experiments** and build playbooks to scale the most promising ones. * Collaborate with the Data/Analytics team to enable **attribution and measurement of incremental impact**. * Stay up-to-date on media trends, consumer behavior, and emerging investment opportunities. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **media buying/negotiation** (agencies, media outlets, publishers, or startups). * Solid knowledge of **performance metrics**: ROI, CAC, LTV, CPL, conversion rate. * Ability to develop and pitch **commercial proposals** (pitches, scripts, offers). * Analytical, results-oriented profile with a track record of delivering **measurable impact**. * Strong communication, negotiation, and external stakeholder relationship skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **offline media** (TV, radio, OOH). * Background in **branded content, sponsorships, or influencer marketing**. * Experience working in **scale-ups or Growth teams**, with an experimentation mindset. * Familiarity with **measurement and attribution tools** (BI, MMM, incrementality). **BENEFITS THAT ACCELERATE YOUR JOURNEY AT V4** **Health and Dental Insurance** – We care about your physical and mental well-being so you can focus on what matters most: your growth.️‍ ️ **TotalPass** – Access to gyms, studios, and fitness experiences across Brazil.
