Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and optimize digital paid media investments across digital channels, ensuring campaign efficiency and performance; * Develop and manage media plans aligned with the department’s strategic objectives; * Monitor campaign performance daily across platforms, conducting ongoing analysis and optimization; * Manage and control the media budget, focusing on optimal resource allocation; * Develop analyses, targets, projections, and performance hypotheses to support decision-making; * Continuously pursue optimization, testing, and experimentation across campaigns, formats, channels, and strategies; * Analyze key KPIs and performance metrics to generate insights and recommendations; * Prepare reports and presentations of results for various stakeholders; * Ensure proper implementation and review of tags, tracking, and campaign measurement in collaboration with internal teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Experience in digital marketing and performance media; * Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X Ads, affiliate networks, and others; * Advanced knowledge of GA4, Excel, and campaign tracking; * Experience managing marketing budgets, data, and performance monitoring; * Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders; * Hands-on profile, organized, critically minded, and focused on continuous improvement; * Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, or funnel analysis; * Interest in innovation, continuous learning, and evolution of media practices. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-performance environments handling multiple projects simultaneously. **Additional Information** RBS is made of people.
