Job Description: We are looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Analyst specializing in Social Media Content Creation to plan, create, and execute content strategies that expand brand reach, increase engagement, and contribute to lead generation and conversions. This person will be responsible for transforming marketing strategies into creative, relevant, and data-driven content, with a primary focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute monthly and quarterly editorial calendars for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; - Develop scripts, captions, copy, and calls-to-action for posts, Reels, Stories, and videos; - Capture audiovisual content (video and photo recording) for social media, campaigns, and institutional materials; - Edit videos using applications such as CapCut, Canva, or similar tools; - Brief and supervise designers, videomakers, and content partners; - Monitor interactions, comments, and messages, ensuring strategic and humanized communication; - Track social media performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements; - Identify trends, opportunities, and new content formats; - Collaborate with paid traffic, sales, and branding teams; - Support campaigns, product launches, and lead-generation initiatives; - Assist in organizing and standardizing files on Google Drive or the team’s storage platforms.
