





We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on **Marketing Analyst** to work in a complete cycle: from the conception and production of audiovisual/visual content to publication, performance analysis, and campaign optimization. This professional will be key to strengthening the brand's digital presence and driving customer acquisition. Main Responsibilities **1. Audiovisual and Graphic Content Production:** **Shooting and Capture:** Plan and conduct video and photo shoots, ensuring technical quality (audio, lighting, and framing) for various channels (Social Media, YouTube, Ads). **Editing and Finalization:** Edit videos (cuts, subtitles, soundtracks, basic motion graphics) and static images, following the brand’s visual identity and adapting formats for each platform. **Design Creation:** Develop graphic design assets (static and animated) for organic posts and paid ads, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or similar (Canva, CapCut, etc.). **2. Content and Channel Management:** * **Content Planning:** Collaborate on content planning (editorial calendar) aligned with marketing and sales objectives. * **Publishing:** Post and schedule content across all relevant digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including writing engaging and optimized copies. * **Channel Optimization:** Ensure content and channels are optimized for SEO and maximum organic engagement. **3. Performance and Paid Traffic (Bonus/Basic Knowledge):** * **Paid Traffic Support:** Have basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads) to assist in creating and adapting assets for performance campaigns. * **Performance Analysis:** Monitor engagement and reach metrics of created assets (organic and paid), generating basic reports to identify what works and suggest improvements. * **Testing and Optimization:** Conduct A/B tests with different asset formats to optimize CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Audiovisual, Graphic Design, or related fields. * **Proven experience in video production and editing (shooting and post-production).** * Proficiency in video editing software (e.g.: Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro). * Practical knowledge of graphic design creation software (e.g.: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro). * Excellent written communication skills for creating post copies and scripts. * **Basic understanding of Paid Traffic** and knowledge of how advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) work. Differentials * Previous experience in agencies or in the accounting/legal market. * Portfolio showcasing editing and social media asset creation work. * Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO.
