**Company Description** Ibis Budget primarily serves: * Travelers seeking functional and affordable accommodation (budget-conscious tourists, cost-conscious business travelers, backpackers, etc.). * Those who value practicality, cleanliness, and basic comfort — without luxury, yet with the assurance of a reliable experience. * People staying for short durations or prioritizing cost-effectiveness over high-end amenities. **Job Description**  Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance activities based on checklists for: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, communal antennas, TV and radio tuning, etc.  Execute the Daily Preventive Maintenance Plan.  Replace light bulbs, ballasts, electrical outlets, and other components.  Inspect parking areas and garages; perform necessary repairs and maintenance.  Carry out all procedures required in the area, adhering to Autocontrol processes.  Check daily the operational status of booster pumps to ensure continuous 24-hour supply of hot and cold water, as well as perform repairs on related plumbing fixtures (toilets, faucets, etc.).  Keep the workplace and equipment clean and organized.  Perform cleaning and painting of technical areas.  Organize documentation from third-party service providers.  Process Service Orders (SO) opened in the system.
