Job Summary: Auge Creative Studio is seeking a creative and organized Junior Designer focused on social media and advertising to create and adapt content. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for clients Auge Creative Studio is looking for a creative, organized, and strategically minded Junior Designer with a strong focus on social media and advertising! Your responsibilities will include: * Creating artwork for posts and ads * Editing videos for reels and sponsored campaigns * Adapting content for different formats * Developing creatives for social media and paid traffic * Organizing materials and schedules * Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for clients Requirements: * Proficiency in editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) * Video editing using CapCut * Understanding of social media platforms and content formats * Organization, creativity, and attention to detail Bonus Qualifications: * Intermediate English proficiency **Portfolio or previously produced materials must be submitted** Initial hiring as a PJ (individual contractor) Compensation: R$ 1.800,00 Availability: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule Remote work We are looking for someone committed, proactive, and eager to grow alongside our agency.
