Here's what this opportunity will involve on a day-to-day basis: **Do you want to contribute to the evolution of Lojas Renner S.A.'s Accounting through data, technology, and innovation?** We are seeking a Junior Accountant to manage the accounting of Fixed and Intangible Assets, supporting control and reliability of the Company's asset-related information. We seek candidates with solid accounting fundamentals, an analytical mindset, and interest in technology, automation, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence applied to accounting processes. More than deep expertise in tools, we seek a curious individual eager to learn, propose improvements, and participate in the area’s digital transformation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and support accounting routines related to Fixed and Intangible Assets control; * Perform analyses, reconciliations, and accounting controls over asset-related movements; * Monitor capitalization, disposals, transfers, depreciation, and amortization processes for assets; * Ensure quality and consistency of asset-related information recorded in systems; * Support monthly accounting closing related to asset accounts under your responsibility; * Conduct balance sheet analyses and support preparation of management reports; * Develop and maintain indicators, databases, and dashboards to monitor the Company’s assets; * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement, contributing to more efficient and digital processes; * Support initiatives involving Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Artificial Intelligence in the accounting area; * Provide support to internal and external audit requests by supplying necessary information and documentation; * Collaborate closely with partner areas such as Finance, Controllership, Expansion, Construction, IT, and Business. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Knowledge of accounting routines and reconciliations; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Analytical mindset and interest in data and technology; * Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems; * Knowledge or interest in developing expertise in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate; * Experience with integrated systems (ERP). **We are looking for someone who** --------------------------- * Is interested in asset accounting, especially Fixed and Intangible Assets; * Is curious and eager to learn continuously; * Enjoys analyzing data and proposing improvements; * Has affinity with technology, automation, and digital transformation; * Demonstrates initiative to explore new solutions and tools; * Pays attention to detail without losing sight of the overall process. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Knowledge of Fixed Assets management and control; * Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools; * Experience in process automation and database handling; * Exposure to Generative Artificial Intelligence tools; * Participation in continuous improvement or digital transformation projects. **Additional Information** Work Location: **POA\- RS** Work Format: **Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
