(Journalism \| Radio & TV \| Technical\-Operational) **Areas of Assignment** -------------------- During the process, you may be assigned to one of the following areas: ### **Journalism** Focus on journalistic content production, supporting reporting activities, writing, organizing editorial calendars, and collaborating with editorial teams for TV, website, and social media. ### **Radio & TV (Technical\-Operational)** Support program production, studio operations, audience interaction, social media content creation, and operational support to teams. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program compatible with the target area, such as: Journalism, Radio & TV / Broadcasting, Social Communication (with related specialization) * Journalism * Radio & TV / Broadcasting * Social Communication (with related specialization) * Available to intern in person at Band * Interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactivity, responsibility, and eagerness to learn For Radio & TV positions, technology-focused (technologist) degree programs are not accepted. **Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)** ---------------------------------------- * Currently enrolled between the 3rd and 6th semester, preferably 4th or 5th semester * Interest in or familiarity with activities such as: Audio, video, editing, or studio content writing and production; Social media and digital content * Content writing and production * Audio, video, editing, or studio * Social media and digital content * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Prior experience in internships, academic projects, or communication-related activities Prior experience is not mandatory.
