About the Position We are looking for a **creative intern** to support the Marketing team, with a **primary focus on video** (editing, filming, and digital formats) and complementary involvement in design. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about storytelling through video, editing dynamic content, and aiming to enhance their technical skills within a team that values planning, process, and creativity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Editing videos for social media, campaigns, training materials, and institutional content * Video filming (using camera or smartphone), supporting internal recordings, interviews, live streams, and podcasts * Creating cuts, reels, shorts, and format adaptations * Assisting in the creation of simple graphic assets (cards, covers, presentations) * Organizing video files and supporting the content production workflow **What We Expect From You:** * Currently enrolled in **Design, Audiovisual, Advertising, Communications, or related fields** * Practical experience in **video editing**, even if academic or personal projects * Proficiency with tools such as **Premiere, CapCut, or similar software** * Basic knowledge of filming (framing, lighting, fundamental audio) * Eagerness to learn, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail **Availability for a 6-hour daily internship.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of motion graphics * Experience creating content for social media * Interest in storytelling and educational formats **What We Offer:** * Internship stipend of R$ 1,054.00. * Meal allowance of R$ 583.00. * Transportation allowance of R$ 189.00 (paid in cash). * Workplace gymnastics * Breakfast, afternoon snack + fruits * Weekly volleyball sponsored by Centi * Hands-on learning within a structured Marketing team * Exposure to real projects, campaigns, educational content, and audiovisual productions * A collaborative environment offering opportunities for growth and development Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1,054.50 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
