Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized professional to support the planning and execution of internal communication, engaging employees and strengthening the employer brand. Produce short videos and manage the internal communication editorial calendar Description: We are looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on individual to support internal communication (IC) planning and execution. You will support the internal communication strategy by helping engage employees, disseminate company values and purpose, and strengthen the employer brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing creative initiatives, adapting campaign KVs for multiple channels, and producing graphic and audiovisual content. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and execute: transform topics into action plans with timelines, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities; oversee execution from draft to publication. * Adapt KVs for multiple channels (e-mail, corporate TV, bulletin boards, intranet/Teams/Slack, printed materials), preserving visual identity and messaging. * Produce mobile-based short videos (shooting, editing, captions, soundtrack) and standardize formats/templates to scale efficiently. * Manage the internal communication editorial calendar (key institutional and commemorative dates), prioritize requests, and ensure consistent publishing frequency. * Activate in-person and remote initiatives (onboarding, signage, giveaways, internal live sessions) and document moments for future communications. * Write clearly and effectively: copywriting, scripts, and announcements tailored to the internal audience and context.
