




Job Summary: Agência Pomar is seeking an independent and experienced Growth Coordinator to lead Inbound Marketing, ABM, and paid media strategies, with a strong focus on premium B2B and B2C results. We are looking for a Growth Coordinator who is independent, experienced, and results-oriented—capable of leading the execution and refinement of Inbound Marketing, ABM (Account\-Based Marketing), and paid media strategies—particularly LinkedIn Ads. This role demands both strategic vision and practical execution, with strong integration across data, content, and performance. We seek someone who thinks like a strategist, acts like an executor, and solves problems with maturity and methodology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \- Planning and coordinating 1:1 and 1:Few ABM strategies for B2B clients; \- Developing Inbound Marketing campaigns and automation workflows (RD Station, HubSpot, or Harpoon); \- Creating, monitoring, and optimizing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns; \- Managing social media tactically—defining content calendars, guidelines, editorial lines, and content objectives in collaboration with the creative team; \- Tracking funnel metrics, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead), and ROI; \- Conducting performance analyses and delivering actionable insights; \- Supporting growth initiatives in B2C projects; You will work closely with the agency’s senior marketing consultant and creative team, participating in strategic decisions and project orchestration. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on generating measurable results and performance; Solid track record in B2B projects (industrial, technology, or complex services); Full mastery of Inbound Marketing and related tools (RD Station, HubSpot, or similar); Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; Advanced experience with LinkedIn Ads (creation, targeting, optimization, and analysis); Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; Hands-on experience in tactical social media management (planning and content calendars); Independent, analytical, and results-driven profile; Strong communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams. Desirable: Practical knowledge of ABM (Account\-Based Marketing); Membership in the B2B Insiders community; Advanced expertise in branding and positioning.
