Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized audiovisual professional to capture and edit photos and videos of high-end properties, collaborating in the creation of strategic content. Development of a unique identity **Position: Real Estate Photographer and Videomaker (Mobile)** We are looking for a creative, organized, and committed audiovisual professional to join Avegui’s marketing and content production team. We seek someone who wants to grow alongside the company, develop a unique identity, and directly contribute to building strategic content for Rio de Janeiro’s high-end real estate market. **Job Responsibilities** * Capture professional property photos according to the scheduled agenda; * Capture and edit videos in **Reels (Instagram)** and **YouTube** formats; * Direct real estate agents during filming, assisting with posture, speech, and on-camera dynamics; * Collaborate with the marketing team to script content; * Perform basic organization of materials in Google Drive, Lightroom, and spreadsheets (Sheets). **What We Offer** * Transportation paid between routes: **office → shoot location → office**; * **Adobe Creative Cloud** subscription covered by the company; * Corporate laptop; * iPhone gimbal and DJI microphone for professional use at the company; * Genuine opportunity for professional growth; * Commission based on sales, in addition to fixed salary. ✅ **Mandatory Requirements** * Basic audiovisual experience (shooting and editing using Adobe software); * Basic knowledge of Google Sheets; * iPhone 15 Pro Max or newer for company shoots; * Punctuality regarding schedules; * Commitment to deliverables, deadlines, and goals. ⭐ **Preferred Qualifications** * Continuous interest in technical and creative improvement; * Creativity and refined aesthetic sense; * Ease in directing people on camera. * Residency in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone **Employment Model** * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) * Working hours: Monday to Friday — 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM * Remuneration: **R$ 3.500 + commission** If you seek growth, creative autonomy, and wish to work producing distinctive content for an expanding boutique real estate agency, this position may be right for you.
