Description: NSC is expanding in the sports segment and seeks to increase its relevance by generating revenue through media, events, and new products! Responsibilities and duties: * Prospect and acquire clients for NSC’s sports products (media, sponsorship, branded content, events), both in Santa Catarina and in other state and national markets. * Sell integrated sports media solutions (TV, digital, radio) and regional/multi-regional packages. * Identify and design new products. * Manage relationships with major brands, agencies, and sponsors, advocating for the value of NSC’s sports vertical. * Collaborate with the Commercial Planner to develop proposals and structure commercial packages. * Act consultatively—understanding clients’ KPIs and objectives—to propose tailored solutions. * Monitor commercial performance and results, with clear revenue and growth targets. Requirements and qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in media sales, sponsorship, or sports marketing. * Strategic business vision and ability to engage with state- and national-level clients. * Skills in active prospecting and contract negotiation. * Results-oriented mindset, focused on targets and performance. * Strong communication, organization, and ability to work with remote/regional teams.
