This position focuses on supporting internal content creation, with emphasis on video editing, scriptwriting, and developing internal communication assets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation of graphics and visual materials for internal events and campaigns. * Contribute to the production, recording, and editing of corporate and educational videos. * Assist in writing scripts for training videos and internal announcements. * Support the organization and coverage of internal events, such as trainings, lectures, and social gatherings. * Help analyze campaign performance metrics and propose creative improvements. * Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new engagement formats and initiatives. * Assist with administrative tasks within the department. * Support the planning and monitoring of internal campaigns (e.g., holidays, birthdays, recognition programs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Design, or related fields; * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Canva; * Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere; * After Effects experience is considered a plus; * Interest in organizational culture and internal engagement. **Additional Information** What do we offer? * Flexible Office (hybrid work model \- 2 days remote and 3 days onsite) * Birthday Day Off * Continuous learning and professional development; * Team-based work \- Agile development; * Our environment is inspiring and disruptive ; The benefits awaiting you include: * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance of BRL 440.00 per month; * Dental Insurance: Sul América; * Life Insurance: Sul América. * Transportation Voucher (VT) We are market leaders in employee engagement.
