Job Summary: The Designer is responsible for developing strategic visual elements for campaigns, content, and presentations of the Devices vertical, ensuring visual consistency and aesthetic impact. Requirements: **Brief role description:** Area of Focus: Creating strategic visual assets for campaigns, content, presentations, and 360-degree marketing initiatives. The Designer in this team is responsible for developing the visual elements that constitute the Devices vertical’s brand identity. Their deliverables serve all regional teams, ensuring visual consistency, message clarity, and aesthetic impact across all touchpoints. These are key design assets for materials, campaigns, and other marketing-related topics. **Main responsibilities:** Create graphics for social media, email marketing, blogs, commercial presentations, events, and rich media (e-books, infographics, whitepapers) for all design-related activities. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives with consistent, impactful visual solutions for all design-related activities. Ensure adherence to NDD’s visual identity guidelines, adapting them appropriately to context. Collaborate synergistically with the entire marketing team and peer departments. Develop templates and communication kits for recurring use by other departments (sales, product, channels), for all design-related activities. Adapt created assets for different formats and channels (digital, print, video, presentations), for all design-related activities. Organize the repository of assets and visual materials for internal and external use, for all design-related activities. Collaborate with audiovisual and event teams when integrated visual demands arise, for all design-related activities. Create, monitor, and optimize marketing KPIs \+ monthly reporting on all marketing actions and results related to your work.
