Management of visual identity and development of institutional materials. **Requirements and Experience:** * Solid experience in **Graphic Design, Art Direction, or Design and Content**. * Proven experience in **coordinating creative teams**. * Strong experience in **creating KVs, campaigns, and adaptations for various channels**, including digital and promotional media. * Experience in **designing social media assets** and managing brand visual identity. * Experience in **producing short videos**, audiovisual content, and animations focused on products. * Experience in producing **institutional materials**, such as catalogs, commercial sheets, presentations, trade marketing materials, and website banners. * Experience in **creating, managing, and maintaining Visual Identity Guidelines**. * Practical knowledge of **packaging design**, considering print feasibility and consumer experience. * Knowledge of **UX and UI** is considered a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the brand’s **creative strategy and visual design and content production**, ensuring aesthetic consistency, alignment with corporate positioning, and delivery excellence. * Lead and coordinate the **team of designers, content creators, and packaging specialists**, ensuring creative alignment, deadline adherence, and quality output. * Plan and supervise the creation of **campaign key visuals (KVs) and their adaptations** across various channels. * Coordinate the creation of **social media assets**, ensuring visual coherence and strategic alignment. * Supervise the production of **short videos, digital content, and animations**, with a focus on products and brand. * Coordinate the development of **institutional materials**, catalogs, commercial sheets, and corporate presentations. * Develop, maintain, and update the **Visual Identity Guidelines**, ensuring standardization across all brand touchpoints. * Plan and coordinate **internal marketing initiatives and materials**. * Coordinate the creation of **website banners, landing pages, and other digital materials**. * Ensure all creative outputs consider **packaging concepts, print feasibility, and clear consumer communication**. * Collaborate closely with internal departments, and **coordinate creative suppliers and partners**. * Ensure adherence to **deadlines, quality standards, and visual consistency** across all deliverables.
