Audiovisual Creation (Core Function) * Video editing for advertisements, content, and digital campaigns * Creation of static creatives (banners, web graphics, covers, thumbnails, etc.) * Creation and adaptation of visual content for various channels * Creative support for performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Google, product launches) * Organization and standardization of the company’s creative assets Web Landing Pages * Development and maintenance of websites and landing pages * Page creation using WordPress + Elementor * Visual, structural, and performance adjustments to existing pages * Visual and creative support for conversion-focused pages Operational Routine * Execute creative tasks with speed and quality * Maintain organized files, projects, and deliverables * Meet deadlines without constant follow-up * Thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Mandatory Technical Requirements * Minimum 1 year of proven experience as: * + Web Designer and Video Editor * Practical experience with WordPress + Elementor * Experience with video editing (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects or similar) * Ability to create performance-oriented visual creatives * Experience creating web graphics, banners, and visual content Behavioral Traits (Essential for Invictus) * High execution speed * Strong drive for professional growth and development * Results-oriented mindset (delivery > rhetoric) * Organization and accountability regarding deadlines * Genuine proactivity (takes initiative, doesn’t wait for instructions) * Strong adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Sincere desire to learn and grow within the company
