




Job Summary: The RBS Group is seeking a professional to support the management of RBS TV's brand communication strategy, executing multi-channel campaigns and actions, and contributing to performance analysis. Join our team. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Support the management of RBS TV’s brand communication strategy; * Collaborate with the team analyst in executing campaigns and actions; * Contribute to developing multi-channel communication plans and actions (360° view); * Produce reports, develop and monitor budgets, supporting financial management of communication initiatives; * Participate in briefing development and support coordination with various stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, and external partners); * Work closely with all TV departments, ensuring alignment and support for communication needs; * Monitor campaign KPIs and results, contributing to ongoing analysis and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or Public Relations; * Creativity, proactivity, and execution capability, with willingness to learn and grow alongside the team; * Analytical and detail-oriented profile, with strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Interest in and consumption of TV content, plus awareness of industry trends; * Experience or background in communication, digital marketing, media, or advertising will be considered a differentiator. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is January 23, 2026.** RBS is made up of people.
