Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop tailored, customized 360° communication commercial plans — primarily, though not exclusively, based on Grupo RBS’s media platforms — to address the client’s communication challenge, and monitor their performance alongside the sales team and the client; * Understand and apply communication, branding, and marketing strategies; * Offer creative communication solutions by strategically leveraging Grupo RBS’s media platforms and internal and/or external assets; * Collaborate with the sales team in developing and creating commercial projects focused on Grupo RBS’s solutions; * Execute project valuation (media and production), internal alignment, and presentation; * Present and defend projects to the sales department and clients; * Align and negotiate with other departments to ensure idea feasibility; * Stay connected to / show interest in media consumption habits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies and extension courses (desirable); * Strategic, disruptive, agile, proactive, organized, and creative profile; * Knowledge of communication and marketing theories and strategies; * Self-management capability; * Ability to interact across different departments; * Affinity with the commercial area; * Experience in brand and media planning, either at an agency or media outlet, or within corporate marketing departments; * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; * Knowledge of storytelling; * Basic research skills: requesting, analyzing, and applying research data to planning; * Differentiators (basic knowledge desirable): expertise in research techniques, project management, or brand content production and planning. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is March 08, 2025\.** RBS is built by people.
