Integration with internal teams to manage demand workflows Act as the liaison between clients and the agency, translating client needs into clear briefings and monitoring each stage of the process to ensure effective communication, on-time delivery, and excellence in both digital and offline media deliverables. * Receive client requests via e\-mail, WhatsApp, or phone call, ensuring proper formalization. * Log requests into the system and route them to responsible departments (media, creative, production, billing). * Monitor investment plans, schedules, and delivery deadlines. * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all client service processes. * Client Relationship Management * Maintain daily contact with clients assigned to your portfolio. * Conduct alignment meetings and present campaign progress updates. * Ensure information clarity to prevent communication misunderstandings. * Support clients in documentation processes, approvals, and signatures (APs, campaigns, letters, and blocks). * Departmental Integration * Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production, digital, billing) to ensure efficient demand workflow. * Monitor campaign execution across outdoor media (billboards, LED panels, radio, TV, merchandising) and digital media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). * Support material submission, tracking, and feedback collection for approvals. * Operational Execution * Ensure all agenda items are completed on time and to a high standard. * Verify campaign-related documentation and maintain organized records. * Assist in adjusting schedules and workflows in case of unforeseen circumstances.
