Maintain relationships with architects and advertising agencies **RSG Brasil** **Vale do Ribeira / SP** **Client: Confidential** **Position: Business Consultant** **About the Role** We seek a commercial professional with experience in consultative sales to promote LED displays for visual communication, advertising, and corporate projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing a customer portfolio, and leading negotiations with companies, advertising agencies, retailers, and technology integrators. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop new clients in the visual communication, advertising, retail, events, and corporate project markets. * Conduct consultative sales of indoor and outdoor LED displays. * Identify opportunities for digital media projects, digital facades, and large-format LED screens. * Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts. * Deliver technical presentations of products and solutions. * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales. * Maintain relationships with architects, integrators, advertising agencies, and digital media companies. * Update CRM with pipeline and opportunity information. * Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and technical visits to clients. **Requirements** * Prior experience in technical or consultative sales. * Experience with LED displays, visual communication, audiovisual equipment, or technology is desirable. * Strong negotiation and client relationship skills. * Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and results orientation. * Availability for external visits and travel. * CRM tool proficiency is a plus. * Personal vehicle required. * Must reside in or have easy access to Vale do Ribeira / SP. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience selling large-format LED screens, digital out-of-home (DOOH) media, advertising displays, or audiovisual solutions. * Network within event companies, advertising agencies, retail chains, or shopping malls. * Basic technical knowledge of LED display installation or specification. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and persuasive communication * Results focus * Pipeline organization and management * Proactivity and autonomy * Ability to develop new business **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Monthly sales volume * Number of new clients acquired * Proposal conversion rate * Average project value **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary (R$ 4\.452,00\) \+ aggressive commission * Transportation allowance * Performance bonus * Benefits **www.rsgbrasil.com.br** **Immediate start
